An installation/stage/event set in an abandoned mall in Aarhus on the occasion of a one-day music festival.
Waste material from nearby sites and the mall itself served as infrastructure for a day-long programme.


Concrete rubble became seating, counterweights, and planting beds, dundage bags became room dividers, ceiling tiles were repurposed as acoustic shielding to create a cocoon of sound and feeling.

Rice cookers became humidifiers, brand insignias became sprinkler framing, and genericized mall plants oxygenated the space, creating various tonal and microclimatic deviations through a generic space set for demolition.
